By ordering with Larry’s Fly Box® the customer agrees to have read fully and understood our terms and conditions. The following is a list of our terms and conditions:
INTERNET ORDER POLICY:
Internet orders are paid via PayPal, credit card or debit card and are processed within three (5) business days. This processing time does not include shipping days. All orders are subject to availability and limited to material and stock on hand. Bulk orders may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to fill orders completely. We ask for your understanding when a product becomes unavailable and we will contact you if there is a delay.
SHIPPING POLICY
Larry’s Fly Box® is open for business during the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining our standard shipping schedule. Normally orders will ship within five days of receipt; however fulfillment on bulk orders may require a longer processing time. Place your order online here at our website.
Shipping within the United States and Canada is by the United States Postal Service. Shipping to addresses outside of the United States and Canada is not offered at this time. We offer economical flat rates on shipping and we will provide a tracking number for your USPS shipment.
We arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with USPS to make the delivery:
Domestic Orders (within the United States)
USPS “First Class Mail”: Estimated delivery time: 2-5 days
USPS “Priority Mail”: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 days
We offer free shipping on orders of more than $40.
We can arrange faster forms of shipping via the “Comments” section. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico may be subject to additional shipping charges. They will be approved by customers before being charged.
Please note: a street address is required for all shipments. We offer a "Comments" section at checkout if you would like a specific delivery date. We will make every attempt to meet your request.
All orders shipped outside of Florida are not subject to Florida state sales tax. All orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to Florida state sales tax.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is always 100% Guaranteed! Please contact us if you have a problem with your order. We accept returns or exchanges of any item in original condition within 15 days of receipt. We offer store credit on all returned items. Full priced items must be returned within 15 days to our location for store credit. If you choose to return the items you must pay the additional shipping charge. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If your items arrive incorrect please email Larry@LarrysFlyBox.com we will replace the items at no additional charge.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Larry’s Fly Box® respects our customers' privacy. Our mailing list is confidential and will not be disclosed or shared with any other entity. We do maintain a mailing list of our customers, and we periodically send out a mailing or e-mail "newsletter" to our customers. If you do not want to be placed on our mailing list or wish to be removed from the mailing list, please feel free to let us know at Larry@LarrysFlyBox.com
